The Wildlife Camp, South Luangwa, Zambia

General
The Wildlife Camp is situated on the banks of the Luangwa River in Zambia. The tented camp has lovely views over the Luangwa River. The team of chefs use fresh produce supplied by local farmers.
The tented camp is ideal for groups as it has barbecue area and self-catering kitchen. This Zambia accommodation's campsite has ablution blocks with hot showers. The restaurant is conveniently located in the centre of the camp.
Accommodation
The chalets are rustic, but comfortable and are equipped with en suite facilities. Each tent has a small verandah with chairs, two beds and an open-air shower and toilet. The chalets are situated alongside the Luangwa River and lagoon areas.
The tented camp has lovely views over the Luangwa River. The campsite has many grassy areas and shady trees.
Location
The Wildlife Camp offers walks on the camp side of the river. South Luangwa National Park, Zambia, covers an area of 9,050 square kilometres or 2,235,400 acres. The South Luangwa National Park is situated in the Luangwa Valley.
The Wildlife Camp is situated on land owned by The Wildlife and Environmental Conservation Society of Zambia.
Safari-Activities
Explore close up the fascinating insect and plant world, as well as getting closer to the habitat of the birds and mammals. The range of village tours enable you to meet with the Zambian people of the local villages. Night drives let you enjoy the late afternoon light, a 'sundowner' drink and then continue to search by spotlight for nocturnal animals.
The Wildlife Camp's knowledgeable guides escort you on this overnight walking safari. Safaris are conducted in open vehicles. The morning drive allows you to enjoy the full beauty of Luangwa.
