Explore close up the fascinating insect and plant world, as well as getting closer to the habitat of the birds and mammals. You are accompanied by a guide and armed scout. The walking safari starts at 06:00 am and returns at around 11:00 am, and there will be a half-way break for refreshments. Children under the age of 12 cannot take part in walking safaris.

Driving Safaris
The morning drive allows you to enjoy the full beauty of Luangwa in the early sunlight and the cool temperatures before the day heats up. These drives leave camp at 06.00 am and return around 10.30 am. The night drives leave camp at 16.00 pm and return around 20.15 pm. Night drives let you enjoy the late afternoon light, a 'sundowner' drink and then continue to search by spotlight for nocturnal animals. Your guide may also find time for some star gazing, as the clear night skies give a fantastic view of the constellations. Safaris are conducted in open vehicles and you are accompanied by knowledgeable and experienced guides on all driving safaris.

Village Tours
The range of village tours enable you to meet with the Zambian people of the local villages. This experience may include trying some local dishes, pounding some mealie meal for nshima, or visiting the market. You may choose to have an early morning visit or a full night out.

Wildlife Restaurant
The restaurant is conveniently located in the centre of the camp. Guests can indulge in hearty breakfasts and 3-course dinners. The team of chefs use fresh produce supplied by local farmers. The Wildlife Restaurant is famous for its delicious home baked bread.
