This highly sophisticated and flexible Zambia conference centre provides delegates and guests everything to suit their needs. Delegates can attend expertly coordinated conferences that are backed by state-of-the-art equipment and helpful staff.
The conference centre can be sub-divided into separate areas depending on the requirements needed, offering conference facilities for up to 450 delegates. Zambia conference accommodation can be met by the three star, 212 room Zambezi Sun, and the 173room 5-star Royal Livingstone Hotel.
In addition to the Convention Centre, the incredible attractions and facilities located nearby provide delegates with unlimited opportunities and adventures. These attractions include private theme dinners, events aboard the African Queen while enjoying a cruise on the Zambezi River, parties under the star-studded African sky, riverbank barbecues and candle-lit ceremonies in the Boma. The dedicated Sun International Conventions Team will tailor programmes to suit every need.
Conference Rooms:
Ballroom
The Ballroom consists of four conference rooms that can be used as one entity or subdivided into different size rooms. Whether for 60 delegates or 450 delegates, The Falls Conference centre will provide the perfect setting for your conference or function.
The total area is 594 square meter and if the function demands it an additional intimate area of 86 square meter can be arranged to accommodate a minimum of 40 delegates in banquet style seating.
The entire ballroom seats 450 delegates theatre style and 340 in the schoolroom configuration. It seats 360 to 430 delegates (round / sprig tables) in banqueting style seating.
Mukuni Boma
This authentic boma (outside enclosure) crafted in the traditional Zambian manner can accommodate up to 350 guests for an unforgettable evening under the stars. There is a central log fire and although the venue is rustic, the equipment, services and quality of food is outstanding.
The food is themed to suit the function and forms an integral part of the evening's experience. A unique journey through the menu is supplemented with dancers involving the local villagers, their arts and crafts and the resident Nganga (witch doctor).
In addition to the vast boma, a more intimate boma at the same location is available for smaller groups of 30 people. Guests still get to experience the drama of an African boma without feeling conspicuous in the immense 350-seater boma.
Royal Livingstone Boardroom
The magnificent colonial style boardroom situated in the lobby of the Royal Livingstone Hotel offers a small personal boardroom for up to 12 people. The large mahogany table with leather backed chairs and wooden panelling provides delegates the ideal venue to discuss business. There are all the modern conveniences including audio visual equipment. |
